Where in the shower should it actually go?
Height matters more than people expect, and the wrong wall is the most common mistake. A caddy positioned badly is one you duck around for the next four years.

Clean the wall with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely before you fix anything — soap film is invisible and it is why things fall down a fortnight later. Mark it, then fix it there rather than where the tile grid happens to suggest.

The bottles start on the tub edge. Then there are too many, so a few go on the floor of the shower, where they collect a ring of pink slime underneath and have to be lifted every single time you clean. Drainage is the whole game in a wet room
