Both are the same blanket and the same maze pattern — the larger one simply repeats it more times. The size question is really about whether this is a one-person throw or something two people will end up fighting over.

130 × 160 cm	It lives on an armchair or one end of the sofa, and it is for you alone. Also the one to pick if you want it draped as a decorative panel rather than buried under a person.
150 × 200 cm	Two of you watch television under one blanket, or you are tall enough that shoulders and feet have never been covered at the same time. Also the size that spans the foot of a double bed.

If you genuinely cannot decide, the larger one folds down to look like the smaller one. It does not work the other way round.

Will the maze pattern go wobbly after washing?

A jacquard pattern made of straight lines is unforgiving — if the blanket stretches, you can see it. A floral would hide the distortion. A grid of right angles will not. Everything below exists to keep those lines straight.

Sofas, armchairs, beds, ottomans, folded over a bench, a cool wash on a gentle cycle, drying flat.	Hanging it wet over a rail or a line — the weight pulls the maze into a diamond. Also hot washes, tumble drying and anything with a hook or a zip in the same load.

Wash cool, gentle cycle, low spin. Then the step nearly everyone skips: while it is still damp, lay it flat and square up the corners with your hands. Thirty seconds of that and the maze dries dead straight. Skip it and the pattern sets crooked permanently.

The hard part of a plain room is finding something with pattern in it that you will not be sick of by spring. Florals date, animal prints commit you to a whole look, and anything with a slogan on it should be illegal. A geometric maze avoids all of that, because it is really just structure — lines turning corners. Jacquard is why the pattern outlives the blanket

Jacquard means the maze is constructed on the loom — the design is made out of how the yarns cross, not applied afterwards. That has two consequences you will notice. First, there is nothing on the surface to crack, peel or wash pale, so the lines look the same in year five as in week one. Second, the pattern is physically there: run your hand across it and you can feel the ridges where the maze turns. It is a blanket with a texture map, which is why it works in rooms that already have enough colour and need something to break up a flat surface instead.
